We will then provide you with a quote and once accepted a time is booked for staging. The staging process will take up to a day to install all furniture, we therefore recommend your photographer is booked for the following day. The final step is collection of all goods at the end of the agreed period or when your property has sold.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long does the staging stay in for? ” style=”round” el_id=”1483997875234-63dd7600-0624″]The Mode staging package last for five weeks. The gives you time for photography and marketing, followed by time for open homes and the auction or sale process. In the event of a loss and resulting claim the client is responsible for the excess.
